PROCEDURE FOR CLAIMS

During the warranty period granted by the manufacturer or the seller during the period of validity of the goods, the customer may lodge an appeal with Inseneri Auto OÜ regarding the circumstances preventing the use of the goods for the intended use due to the defects in the goods.

Consumer claims will be settled in accordance with applicable law.

Complaints about product deficiencies must be submitted in Estonian and as detailed as possible in writing or via post or at shop@4x4service.eu

The consumer’s claim cannot be validated if it is proven that defects in the use of the goods are due to the fault of the consumer.

Inseneri Auto OÜ is required to make an expert assessment or, if necessary, to request independent expertise to identify the causes of the defect in the product. If the expertise reveals that the product is in working order or the defect is not covered by the warranty, the expert costs will be paid by the client.

The costs incurred from warranty maintenance without reason (if the failure is not caused by manufacturer’s defects or the warranty conditions for the product are violated) then the costs will be charged to the client (valid for 6 months from the day of receiving the goods).
In the aforementioned case, Inseneri Auto OÜ has the right to invoice the customer for works done at a price of 40 EUR / h + VAT, which may be subject to other costs (transport, independent expertise, etc.)

In case of repair of the product, during the warranty period, the period of warranty repairs of the product is extended.

The warranty does not preclude or restrict the buyer’s right to exercise any other rights deriving from law or contracts.
