Due to the Law of Obligations Act, the consumer can withdraw from the contract concluded by means of telecommunication within 14 days.
The right to return the goods ordered from the Inseneri Auto OÜ from the e-shop starts from the date when the goods have been transferred to the consumer.
As a result of the Law of Obligations Act, a consumer is deemed to be a natural person who has purchased goods or services not related to his or her economic or professional activities from the e-shop of Insener Auto OÜ.
When buying from the e-shop of Inseneri Auto OÜ, the consumer agrees to use the right of return under the following conditions:
1. The goods must be returned unused and in original packaging.
When we determine the use of the product, we follow the principle of reasonableness, that is, if it is necessary to remove the product from the package or if it is necessary to determine the suitability of the product, it is considered to be an unused product.
The consumer must carefully open the original packaging and keep it intact. If the package is not opened in such a way (for example, a product is packed in a film or paper bag, then the product to be returned does not need to be in the original packaging, but the product code must be accompanied by the product code on the package and/or the manufacturer’s markings.
2. To use the right of return, the consumer must submit a written application to the e-shop of Inseneri Auto OÜ at shop@4x4service.eu, but not later than 14 days after the receiving of the goods.
3. The consumer undertakes to cover the cost of returning the goods unless the product to be returned is not in accordance with the consumer’s order.
4. In the event of withdrawal from the Contract, the item purchased by the consumer shall be returned to Insener Auto OÜ immediately, but not later than within 14 days after the notice of withdrawal from the contract.
5. Inseneri Auto OÜ undertakes to immediately, but not later than within 14 days after notice of withdrawal, return the amount paid by the consumer.
The 14-day return right does not apply to the following goods:
– unique products or products produced to the customer based on a special order
– tires that have been in use
Attention!
The 14-day return right does not apply to the goods which the consumer receives from Inseneri Auto OÜ’s location and also to the goods purchased on an installment plan, which, after the conclusion of the installment contract, is transferred to the client at the Insenera Auto OÜ representative office.
If the condition for the return of any item bought in this e-shop complicates the consumer’s right to withdraw from the contract as compared to the Law of Obligations Act, this condition is void.
A 14-day return right is provided by law.
